Please choose the on-boarding workflow that suits your store. For new stores, follow the New Store On-Boarding instructions, and for existing stores, please follow the Existing Store On-Boarding instructions.

New Store On-Boarding:

The New Store On-Boarding process has two steps. Click LINK next to each step and complete the form or assessment.

Once your On-Boarding and payment authorization forms have been received by the BT Voice team, a team member will contact you to issue your store’s phone number and walk you though the process of getting your Hosted PBX fully setup and ready for business.
